The Doctor of pedagogical science, professor Ashkinasi S. (S-Petersburg),  the referee of international category Chumliakov A. (S-Petersburg), the honored physical culture  worker Starchenkov V. (Moscow), the secretary of FIAU Nesynova T. (Moscow) edited by the President FIAU, Doctor of pedagogical science, judo Olympic champion Novikov S.
